What Went Well
So far we’ve shipped:
- Ambassador Portal as a 101 guide
- Relevant material in our Portal like one-pagers/decks for Ambassadors to use on our target profiles (DeSci, Longevity Biotech Investors and Academics)
- Ambassador Website
- 111+ Ambassador applications and counting on our Google Form
- Successful events with over 50+ attendees in Tokyo (Twitter Recap), Singapore and London
- Wide social outreach and impressions north of 100k
Even Better If
Things to improve on going forward:
- Separate multi-sig to ensure efficiency in Ambassador reimbursements and Squad comp for the project ops
- More contributors to the squad
- Clearer quantifiable success metrics to track progress
- Provide specific tools that Ambassadors needs to effectively engage their local communities
- Adapt to the feedback of Ambassadors and our event attendees
Future Plans
- Work with our Little Atlas trial to token gate community meetups and create a more transparent/onchain VitaDAO community presence
- Merge with VitaDAO’s Network State preparation to extend reach of our community
- Meeting minutes to be posted on Discourse to ensure transparency of progress going forward
- More events in the top 10 cities before moving to top 20
