Hey,
do you guys still have a roadmap? Maybe internal? Could be nice to have a roadmap even a loose one to keep some hierarchy over objectives goals. Could also be used to comment other potential ideas on the side. I don’t know if there are good websites to manage that or if here would be a good place (or simply on the main website). I guess every idea can’t be made public anyway, have to keep some secrets (if it gives a competitive edge in a certain way)

That’s a timely question since we’re just finalising North Star Metrics and OKRs for the DAO and each working group. I don’t think it’s clear how exactly we’ll present them but they will replace the roadmap. The original roadmap was focused on pre-launch and had milestones that are outdated now.

We have a pretty extensive quarterly roadmap, with around 5-20 key goals for each working group which I think you should be able to see here: Notion – The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases.
and we have an internal weekly planning channel, where everyone actively contributing shares what they gonna focus their week on, mentioning also the quarterly goals, milestones

If the notion might not be public we could share this on the website somewhere
