Yeah, anonymity addresses the ‘influential people swaying a vote they don’t want to’ issue.
But it adds friction to voting disagree, which will bias the results. Not sure it makes it more thoughtful.

Fruitful discussion! All things considered, the proposal to amend governance in this regard will be thought out carefully. Taking both your comments into consideration too - of course.
