We need a systematic way of structuring each Google Drive folder for smoother, friction-free operations.
I’d propose that each and every WG Folder should have the basic subfolder structure:
- Meeting Notes, e.g., one doc for 2021, 2022, etc,.
- Dashboards (e.g., KPIs, OKRs)
- “How Tos” e.g., How to Onboard for XYZ WG
- Relevant Educational Content
- Documents for External Stakeholders

Technical
Tokenomics
Awareness
Legal
Ops
Please comment with your ideas on additional subfolders for your specific group, and I will add them to the above WG Folders in bold above.
This document will then be converted into a Google Drive document which will serve as a “HOW TO GOOGLE DRIVE” for the VitaCORE team.
