Dear VitaDAO Community,
I’m a graduate student in IP/IT Law currently researching decentralized biotech IP frameworks, with a focus on VitaDAO’s work with the Korolchuk Labs autophagy project (VITA-FAST token).
To support my academic research, I’m requesting access to the Sponsored Research Agreement (SRA) between VitaDAO and Korolchuk Labs. From available information, I understand this was assigned to VitaDAO via Molecule’s Assignment Agreement but can’t locate it. I’m particularly interested in studying:
• Initial IP ownership (Lab vs. VitaDAO)
• Sub-licensing provisions
• Commercialization terms
This research is strictly for academic purposes. I’m happy to:
• Share findings with the community
• Redact sensitive financial data
• Sign an NDA if needed
If full access isn’t possible, I’d appreciate clarification on:
- Whether IP rights flow from Korolchuk Labs → Molecule → VitaDAO, or directly to VitaDAO
- The Assignment Agreement’s role in governing VitaDAO’s rights
As a leading example of IP-NFT implementation, VitaDAO’s framework offers invaluable insights. I’d be grateful for any information the community can share via DM or forum reply.
