Looks like this proposal is ready to be put up to an onchain vote, isn’t it?
The phase 2 threshold has been surpassed anyways.

Here’s my suggestion how to fill the template required for the onchain vote.

The finished proposal will then be handed over to the Working Group Steward and further processed as follows.
** Projects up to 2’500 USD have to be approved by the two stewards of the corresponding working group. ** \n
** Projects between 2’500 USD and 10’000 USD have to be approved by a majority vote of VitaCORE. ** \n
** Projects between 10’000 USD and 50’000 USD have to be approved by a majority vote on Discourse. ** \n
** Projects over 50’000 USD have to be approved by an On-Chain vote. ** \n\n

I’ve adapted the “details” section almost word-by-word from the proposal and drafted the “summary” section myself - please review.
