# How is VitaDAO organized?

At its core, VitaDAO will be member-managed. The DAO is organized into members, working groups and service providers, which are permissionless and radically inclusive of anyone respecting the [Universal Declaration of Human Rights](https://www.un.org/sites/un2.un.org/files/udhr.pdf). VitaDAO working groups master and manage their domains of the DAO: Governance, Technical Development, Tokenomics, Operations, Legal, and Longevity.

From time to time, VitaDAO will rely on service providers and agents. For these services, the agents will receive payments.
