This is the category to collate proposals from the VitaDAO community in line with the goals of the season. VitaCore and Stewards will publish calls for proposals to address the season’s goals. Anyone can submit proposals in response.

- Community members and contributors comment on submitted proposals
- They can also volunteer themselves for projects and initiatives
- Proposals may be modified, merged, or spilt up during this time
- Proposals are voted on, teams are formed in preparation for the Execution Phase
