**Please note - this is a Phase 2 Governance proposal only.**

This policy guides the types of expenses to be reimbursed, but travel may only be approved within the spending guidelines of [VDP-66](https://gov.vitadao.com/t/vdp-66-proposal-to-adjust-spending-authorization-limits-and-authority/974) or as part of governance such as [VDP-62](https://gov.vitadao.com/t/vdp-62-budget-allocation-to-sponsor-longevity-and-aging-conferences/920) which may govern other limits.
